Requirements:
- Director - Dean
- Minimum - Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum - 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- Minimum - 3 years in an executive position - General Manager and above
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.
- Director SIR (Student & Industry Relations)
- Minimum - Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum - 10 years in marketing function
- Minimum - 3 years in a management position
- Hospitality teaching experience would be an added advantage.
- Senior Faculty, Front Office:
- Minimum - Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum - 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- Minimum - 3 years in a management position such as Rooms Division Manager and Resident Manager
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.
- Senior Faculty, Housekeeping
- Minimum - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum - 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- Minimum - 3 years in a management position such as Rooms Division manager or Head, Housekeeper
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.
- Senior Faculty, Kitchen:
- Minimum - Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum - 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- Minimum - 3 years in a management position such as Executive Chef
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.
- Senior Faculty, Restaurant Services:
- Minimum - Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum - 10 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- Minimum - 3 years in a management position such as F & B Director
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.
- Kitchen Instructor
Qualification:
- Minimum-5 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- Minimum-3 years in a mid-management position such as Executive Sous-Chef and Sous Chef
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage.
- Minimum-ANTC or ND + labour trade test II
- Service Instructor
- Minimum-5 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- Minimum-3 years in a mid-management position such as Restaurant Manager
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage
- Minimum-ANTC or ND + labour trade test II
- House Keeping Instructor
- Minimum-5 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- Minimum-3 years in a mid-management position such as Executive Housekeeper also in charge of hotel laundry/drycleaning.
- Teaching experience would be an added advantage
- Minimum-ANTC or ND + labour trade test II
- Front Office Instructor
- Minimum-5 years in the hospitality industry with international exposure
- Minimum-3 years in a mid-management position such as Front Office Manager
