POHA PROGRAMMES AND SERVICES

Three one year vocational training Programmes leading to a National Vocational Certificate (NVC) :
  • Kitchen
  • Food & Beverage Service
  • Rooms Division (Housekeeping, Laundry and Front Office)
Entry Requirements:
  • High school 12th grade: SS3
  • Minimum 4 credit-level passes in WASC/GCE/SSCE/NECO
  • Selection on file
  • Examination/personalized interview to assess personality & motivation
Full-time programmes: length 1 year encompassing
  • 2 academic semesters of 4 months each
  • 1 business internships of 4 months each
Evening programmes for 'professionals' -
  • Type of programmes: according to market requirements/needs
  • Entry requirements: none
  • Part-time programmes: twice per week
  • Length: 1 academic semester
  • Recognition: Certificate of Attendance

ADMISSIONS
    Admission to POHA is competitive. Selection is based on candidates whose application have been reviewed and approved. The selection process will include aptitude tests, group work and role play, as well as a selection interview. More information will be posted shortly.
